In order to integrate Chat for Jira Service Management with Slack, you need to:

- enable the `com.spartez.support-chat.slack.integration` dark feature, as described [here](https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/enable-dark-feature-in-jira-959286331.html)
- have an externally reachable Jira URL, so that Slack can connect to your Jira
- have permissions to create ["internal integration" apps](https://api.slack.com/internal-integrations) in your Slack workspace
