Chat for Service Management requires a fairly modern browser, supporting current web Javascript and CSS standards. Specifically, the following browsers are supported:

- Google Chrome - desktop and mobile versions
- Apple Safari - desktop and mobile versions
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
