In order to set up Slack integration for your Service Desk project, go to the **Configure Chat** page of your project settings page in Jira, then select the **Slack Integration **tab:

On this page, you can enable integration with Slack and select Slack channel to use. After this is done, your Chat project is integrated with Slack and you can start [using it](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CFSD/pages/147784015).
