### **1: Allow notifications in your browser**

1. Click the button from the first step of the instructions you see on the page.
2. Then click **Allow** in the pop-up you're seeing in the upper-left corner.

| **If pop-up does not appear **
Go to **Settings in Firefox** > **Privacy and security** > **Permissions** > **Notifications**.
Click on the Settings button next to Notifications and ensure the “Block new request option” is NOT checked.
![Teams integration with Chat for Jira Service Management Cloud](media://7ad51187-c9e2-4bb8-bd71-684f416a46cb) |

### **2: Turn on Notifications in Your Operation System **

### **3: Use notifications in Chat for JSM **

Check desired notification options on **Chat for JSM** > **[Notifications](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CHAT/pages/93357462)**.

If everything goes well, you'll get notifications like the one below:

> 📝 For notifications to work in Firefox, you need to have the Chat Dashboard page open somewhere in your browser.
