## Add **label list** columns using the **list **macro

- Add the [list](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CLSL/pages/655889865) macro to a page
- Edit the [list](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CLSL/pages/655889865) macro to add a list of labels to be used to check the pages

These labels can be existing content labels or labels you want to use for the content.

In the example below, each team page has an existing label(s) indicating the organisational role of the team members:

- **exec - **executive
- **product** - product management
- **dev** - developers
- **hr - **human resources
- **market** - marketing

A list column is added for each comma-separated label that is added to the **Checklist labels**. The column title is the label name.

For each linked row page, the list columns show where the labels (added to **Checklist labels)** are present.

Each **label list** column entry can be toggled to add or remove the label for the row page. This either adds the label to the linked Confluence page or removes it from the linked Confluence page.
