## Overview

The space tools **Tasks Report** lists all tasks in the current space and allows you to filter by assignee and task status.

## Permissions

By default, this report is only available to users who can **Add content** (pages or blog posts) to the space.

Admins can make it available to everyone by changing the [Workflow Activity and Drafts Visibility](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/COMALACDCLS/pages/650122550) settings.

## Viewing the report

The report is sorted by **Page** title. Columns displayed are

- **State** - current workflow state of a page with at least one task
- **Task** - name of the task
  - a page may have more than one task
- **Status** - current status of the task
- **Assigned by** - user who assigned the task (if task is assigned)
- **Assigned to** - user assigned the task (if task is assigned)
- **Due Date** - due date for the task (if a due date is added
- **Actual Time Spent** - the time from task creation to the current time (if outstanding task) or time to task completion (if task completed)
