## Page Activity Report
When all requested read confirmations have been confirmed by all assignees the read confirmation is recorded in the page activity report.
The individual reader read confirmations can be viewed in the read confirmation popup on the page.
- the popup displays the version at the time of read confirmation by the user.
- adding a new read confirmation for the content will reset the status to **PENDING** and resend the individual reader requested read confirmations.
## Document Control Report
The workflows Document Control Report can be configured to include the read confirmation status of all pages in the given space.
The status will be listed as **PENDING** until all assigned users have confirmed they have read the page, at which point the status will change to **CONFIRMED**.
