There are separate content reviews in the other states in the workflow. None of these other approvals requires reviewer authentication.

> 📝 The status indicator circle is filled as the current user is assigned to the content review.

## Signing token credentials

The default authentication method for the content review in the** In Approval** state requires the user’s Confluence username and Confluence password.

Global administrators can [set the authentication method ](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/COMALACDCLS/pages/649564301)for reviewers to require a time-based signing token.

The credentials prompt in the workflow state dialog box for the **In Approval** content review in the Quality Management System workflow only displays a **Token** field.

The **Approve** and **Reject** buttons for the content review are active when the username and signing token are added to the workflow state dialog box.

The credentials are validated when the reviewer approves or rejects the content.

The user must [set up an authentication app](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/COMALACDCLS/pages/649829481) to generate the signing token. Each token is time-based and only valid for to 60 seconds.
