# Updates
### Migration to Forge Remote
In this release, the Comala Publishing app has been migrated from **Connect on Forge (CoF)** to **Forge Remote**.
This is a foundational change that
- aligns the app with Atlassian’s latest architecture standards and
- provides the base for future improvements and updates.
> ⚠️ This is a mandatory update. If you do not upgrade, the app will continue to run, but core features might no longer function, including Page Publishing, Space Publishing, and other related publishing capabilities. To ensure uninterrupted use of the app and its features, please update to version 3.0.0.
### Server to Cloud Migration
If you are migrating from **Server to Cloud**, please ensure the following:
- Update the **Cloud app** to version **3.0.0**
- Update the **Server app** to the **latest available version**
> ⚠️ Both updates are required for the migration to complete successfully. If only one app is updated, the migration may fail or result in unexpected issues.
