Once a page is published, use the app to synchronize the source and target space pages. A space administrator can publish the displayed filtered pages in a single publishing action. ![cpc_publishingreport_publishingstatefilter_added.png](media://2ed0a6c0-8028-47f6-b409-b0b6b148a576) If a Comala workflow is applied to any pages in the space, the **Final workflow state** filter is available in the report to display only pages that have been approved. ![cpc_publishingreport_finalworkflowstatefilter_green_active.png](media://b60392a8-9435-47ad-9cd2-0ccc7a0d4f88) The **Final workflow state filter,** in combination with any set publishing state filter, offers you more precise control over the report results. ## Publish using a Comala workflow The Comala Publishing integration with a Comala workflow supports the publishing of a page using the applied workflow from one of the following: - [Comala Document Management](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL) - [Comala Document Control](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCCL) - [Comala Document Approval](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDACL) Comala Publishing [automatically publishes pages to the target space](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPCL/pages/646807871) when they reach the **applied workflow final state**. ![image](media://3dbab8af-04a9-4379-96ac-4004584a19f7) [A space administrator can configure whole space publishing to only publish pages in the final state in the workflow](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPCL/pages/1367900293) ![cpc_publishingsettings_exteract_publish_wf_final_state.png](media://06c046a8-b811-422e-bafa-adfa7bd5fddf) When a Comala workflow is active, making the **Only publish pages if they are in the final state of the workflow** option active excludes pages that are not in the final state from being published when publishing all the pages in the space ([space publishing](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPCL/pages/646578843)). [Publish a page on a defined workflow event using a workflow trigger](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPCL/pages/646644272) When using Comala Document Management, you can configure the publishing of a page **under a different workflow event or state change.** Publishing occurs during this workflow event and during the transition to the final state (if the workflow includes a final state). For example: - To publish pages using Comala Publishing for Confluence Cloud, a user must have at least permission to **view** and **edit** both the source and the target spaces. - To manage and publish all the pages in a space, you must have space administrator permission in these spaces. The space administrator can configure [publishing to use the app add-on user permissions in the target space](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPCL/pages/1433075760).
