## Problem

## Solution

**Any error with the code 500 is an internal Confluence error, which means the Confluence server has received a valid request but has an internal issue.** These are, by definition, bugs or issues internal to the Confluence server. We will try to help understand the cause of the issue and a workaround where possible, but please understand this is an Atlassian issue, and ultimately, it might be best for us to open a ticket at [support.atlassian.com](http://support.atlassian.com).
