# Enhancements

### Jira Assets integration (dynamic variables)

Templates now support Jira Assets (formerly Insight) fields as dynamic variables.

1. In the template editor, select an *Assets* field from the **Dynamic Variables** list.
2. When using a template on a JSM issue, the field value is automatically replaced with Assets object names.
3. Multiple objects on one field are output as a comma-separated list.
4. An empty field results in the macro being replaced with an empty string.

**Limitations**: only object names are supported (not individual attributes such as serial number). Available on the Forge version of the app.

# Bug fixes

### Restoring access to issue panel for unlicensed users

The Canned Responses Pro issue panel is now available to users without an active license (unlicensed mode). This lets teams evaluate the app before purchasing a license without losing access to the panel in the Jira UI.

### Fix for automated action "Request Participants"

Fixed the **Set Field** > **Request Participants** automated action. Adding request participants via a template works correctly again.

> ℹ️ **Action required after upgrade (Administrator):** Approve updated app permissions in **Manage apps**, including access to modify Service Desk requests.
