# Enhancements

### Improved app loading reliability

The app opens more reliably in Jira. Transient network issues are handled more gracefully, and licensing or data policy errors no longer block work unnecessarily. Users are less likely to see false `service unavailable` messages.

### Faster template search by visibility scope

Improved speed when displaying and filtering templates by **scope** (global, project, personal). Administrators and agents with large template libraries will see lists load faster.
