## Overview

Users can choose to enable or disable email notifications of their pending read confirmations 

## Managing email notifications

<span style="color: #172b4d">Select </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Read Confirmations**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> from the </span><span style="color: #172b4d">**User Profile menu**</span><span style="color: #172b4d">. This opens the app admin screen.</span>

<span style="color: #172b4d">Select</span><span style="color: #172b4d">** Email settings**</span><span style="color: #172b4d"> from the sidebar. Use the toggle to enable or disable email notifications as required.</span>

<span style="color: #172b4d">Global administrators can disable all email notifications for Read Confirmation assignments. If disabled at global level a user will see the following in their Read Confirmation email notifications setting.</span>
