# [Jira Cloud] Enhancement

**New Support request mapping template**

We've added a new mapping template, **Support request**, for teams working across Customer Support and IT Operations. It connects Salesforce Cases to Jira Service Management (JSM) Incident or Change work items, so customer-reported problems reach the right IT workflow instantly, and both teams stay aligned.

The template is available in the template picker when you set up a new mapping, and it works only with JSM Premium.
