Visibility scopes narrow usage of templates to a particular context.

You can create templates in one of four types of scopes:

- **Personal** - visible (in issues) to a specific user only. Managed by the user and administrators. Other users can now view the template on the [Insights](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CT/pages/147914774) page.
- **Projects** - visible for issues from selected projects. Managed by respective project administrators and project leads.
- **Global** - visible to everybody. Managed by Jira administrators.
- **Group** - visible to members of any chosen group.


We've updated the visibility scope within Canned Responses Pro Templates to the following:

> ℹ️ Please note that the names and contents of the personal templates can be visible to other users on the [Insights](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CT/pages/147914774) page and also in [exported](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CT/pages/147914868) files.


**For example:**

*If a template has ****multiple projects**** selected as a visibility scope – it is going to be available ****for every user**** in ****all issues**** in each of those projects.*  
***Project leads**** or ****admins**** (as well as ****global admins****) for all of the projects in scope will have permission to ****edit and remove**** it.*
