To get to the Canned Responses Settings page:

1. <span style="color: #172b4d">From the top navigation bar in Jira, choose </span>**Apps** <span style="color: #172b4d"> ></span><span style="color: #172b4d"> </span><span style="color: #172b4d"> </span>**Manage your apps**
2. Find **Global Settings** under Canned Responses in the sidebar menu.

You can also access Global settings from any **Jira project menu** where it is already visible.

### Restrict visibility

When Restrict visibility toggle is on, you can select projects that are the only ones to display the **Canned Responses panel in issue view**.

### Permissions

When Restrict access toggle is on, you can select** groups** that will be <span style="color: #333333">entitled to use the plugin</span>.  


> ℹ️ Personal and Project settings can be accessed by choosing **"Canned Responses"** in any **Jira project menu** where the app is enabled.
