## Summary

Upon attaching a file to the [Tabs macro](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CTFCC/pages/1561725840), the process continuously spins in the *Uploading files* state.

## Environment

- Confluence and Composition Cloud
- Firefox Browser version 78.x or earlier

## Diagnostics steps

Not applicable. 

## Cause

This is due to an older version of Firefox (For example, Firefox 68.7esr).

## Workaround

Not applicable. 

## Resolution

Please upgrade to the latest Firefox version 78.0 or later.
