This release fixes several issues with template insertion in the comment editor.

## Bug fixes

This release includes the following fixes:

- Fixed an issue where selecting a template from the dropdown could insert its content twice instead of once.
- Fixed an issue where selecting a new template while a previous one was still in the comment appended it instead of replacing the original.
- Fixed issues where switching between **Visual** (rich text) and **Text** (source) modes in the comment editor could duplicate content, insert empty content, or place the template in the wrong position.
- Fixed an issue where the insert path used for bulk edit was also triggered in issue view **Text** mode, causing incorrect selection replacement. This path is now used only for bulk edit.
- Fixed an issue where the app's internal tracking of the last inserted template could fall out of sync after a Visual-mode insert, causing inconsistent behavior when replacing a template on the next selection or keeping the original comment text.
