You can [add](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DLP/pages/2211939377), [edit, and delete risks](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DLP/pages/2211647801) in the Risks module. 

Your issues will only appear on the risk matrix if you set values for the fields used by the matrix. If you want to change the matrix's dimensions, change the number of select options of the configured field.

> ℹ️ Any Jira issue can be presented on the matrix. Depending on the risk management process applied, you can create a separate issue type to represent identified risks or simply set the risk probability and consequence for tasks that are at risk.
