Access to the financial information is restricted. Only people assigned a financial role can interact with the information.

One of the following permissions is required for the Financial module:

- **App Financial Viewer** - can open the Financials module and view the information, but can’t make any changes, and does not have access to App Administration.
- **App Financial Admin** - can set up the Financials module and configure the App Administration settings:
  - Financial module access.
  - Editing settings in App Administration.
  - Edit Financial panel data, including budget and cost calculations.
- **App Admin** - has access to both the Financials module and Financials settings in App Administration.
