> ℹ️ To unlock the **Export** feature, you need to install the BigTemplate app from the [Atlassian Marketplace.](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215229/bigtemplate-export-to-pdf-word-excel?hosting=cloud&tab=overview)

The following export formats are available:

- CSV
- XML
- PDF image (not clickable)

It is not recommended to exceed 2.000 tasks while exporting data to a PDF file. Doing so can cause problems with generating the correct PDF and opening the file.

## PDF image export

PDF image export reflects what you see on the screen. Affected by:

- Task filtering
- Active column views
- Expand/collapse WBS (tree structure)

PDF export file is not clickable. It contains the screenshot image.

## XLSX and CSV export

Contains all data unaffected by filtering. Contains information from columns visible during export.

> 📝 Actions that temporarily change data display in the Gantt module, such as **Sort by **feature, have no effect on the exported data.

## Customization of export templates

You **can’t** customize the export templates for the Scope module.
