There are more filters to help you find your favorite Boxes or settings in a glimpse. You can find Favourite filters in different modules, such as the Overview, Gantt, and Risk modules, or module-specific filters in the Overview and Resources modules.

## Overview module

In the Overview module, two additional filters are available (in addition to the standard cross-module filters).

### Filter by (columns)

You can filter data using active columns.

If the value is numeric, you can choose a modifier:

If the value is is enumerated (for example, field: Leader, value: Mark), you can choose value from a drop-down list:

You can filter the result by empty value in the following cases:

| **Field** | **Placeholder displayed in the search field** |
| --- | --- |
| Assignee | Unassigned |
| Milestone | (empty) |
| Risk consequence | (empty) |
| Risk probability | (empty) |
| [any external platform field based on select data type] | (empty) |

**Available column data types to filter**

You can filter the following column data types:

| **Column data type** | **Field** |
| --- | --- |
| Status | "Status" |
| Number | e.g., "Actual Cost”, "Budget" |
| Estimation | e.g., "Original Estimate (Tasks)", "Time Spent (Tasks)" |
| Date | e.g., "Start Date”, "End Date”, "Created Date”, "Closed Date". |
| String | e.g., "Period mode”, "Scope Type”, "Sequentiality”, and "Inactive For". |
| User | "Leader" |
| Entity Key | "ID" |
| Built-in Icon | "Icon" |
| Box Type Value | "Type" |
| Time Tracking | "Time Tracking (Tasks)" |

**Adjust available filtering options**

Adjust a column view - Add columns to enable the use of their values for filtering.

**Combine filters**

You can combine filters using more than one column value (only boxes that meet all selected conditions are shown). 

### Favorites 

The App allows users to add Boxes to their favorites, regardless of their security role. There are three ways to add a Box to your favorites:

## Gantt module

### Filter by (columns)

You can filter tasks by the built-in column properties (not native external tool columns), regardless of the column view.

The available filtering option:

- Actual Cost
- Assignee
- Baseline End date
- Baseline Start date
- Duration Calendar Days
- Duration Working Days
- End date
- Estimated Cost
- Milestone
- Original Estimate
- Progress
- Remaining Estimate
- Risk consequence
- Risk probability
- Scheduling mode
- Start date
- Status, Story points
- Team
- Time spent.

The filtering covers all the tas types: Jira issues, basic tasks, sprints versions etc.
