| Field mapping | **Shortcut to the field mapping settings is available in the column settings and under the wrench icon**

When box scope is based on a single Jira project, a pop-up opens. When the box scope is based on multiple projects, you are redirected to the field mapping section of App Configuration.
**Limitations**:
For **boxes based on a single Jira project**, **a pop-up appears:**
- read-only pop-up - users that don’t have permissions to change the field mapping settings
- Box admin
- Box editor
- Box viewer
- editable pop-up - users that have sufficient permissions can change the field mapping settings directly in the pop-up
- App admin
- Jira admin
For **boxes based on multiple Jira projects**, **a user is taken to App Configuration page**:
- disabled - users that don’t have permissions to change the field mapping settings
- App admin
- Box admin
- Box editor
- Box viewer
- redirect - users that have sufficient permissions are taken to the field mapping screen in App configuration
