Whether you signed up with an email and password or you’re part of an organization that uses single sign-on (SSO), this article will point you in the right direction to sign in to your account.

From [appfireflow.com (opens in new tab)](https://appfireflow.com), enter your workspace URL. This will take you to your workspace’s dedicated login page.

> ✅ Your workspace URL is `<workspace>.appfireflow.com`. If you don’t know your workspace URL, click **I don’t know my workspace’s Flow URL.** Enter your email to receive an email with your workspace URL and a direct link to your login page. Bookmark your workspace’s login page in your browser to easily return to it later.

## Email and password

1. Open your workspace’s login page.
2. Enter the email address or username and password associated with your Flow account.
3. Click **Log in**.

## SSO

1. Open your workspace’s login page.
2. Select the SSO integration you use to log in, then click **Log in with Company SSO**.
3. If prompted, log in to your SSO provider.

If your organization has configured IdP-initiated login, log in directly from your SSO provider’s app catalog.
