Flow AI Features let you disable and enable the AI Assistant and AI-assisted team bulk import for your organization.

Note that even when the AI Assistant is enabled, the individual permissions still apply. You cannot use it to access data you do not already have permission to view.

## Permissions

The AI Features require the **Manage AI Features** permission (to view the page and manage its settings). 

## Flow AI Features

To manage AI features, go to **Settings** > **Report** **Settings** > **Configurations** > **AI Features**.

On this page, you can:

- View and agree to Appfire’s Terms and Conditions.
- View and acknowledge Appfire’s Privacy policy.
- View Appfire’s AI policy
- Enable/Disable the Flow AI Assistant.

## Enable Flow AI features

To activate Flow AI:

1. Check the following options:
  1. **Terms and Conditions**
  2. **Data and Privacy**
  3. **Enable Flow AI for your organization**
2. The **Enable Flow AI** button becomes active. Click it.
3. A confirmation displays. On the next screen, you can see the features you have enabled:
  1. AI Assistant
  2. Team Import Processor

## Disable Flow AI features

To disable Flow AI features, click the toggle Off. Once you disable these features, the Flow AI Assistant cannot be activated.

Come back to this page to activate the features again. When you disable the AI features, you do not need to give your consent to Appfire’s Terms and Conditions and Appfire’s Privacy Policy again.
