### Why is Risk issue type not available in my team-managed project?

When you install Hedge, it creates a custom Risk issue type in your Jira instance. This issue type is added to all your company-managed projects. Due to Jira limitations, it's not done automatically in team-managed projects. You must [create a new issue type (external site, opens in new tab)](https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/set-up-issue-types-in-team-managed-projects/) manually.

After you create a Risk issue type in your team-managed project, [create Risks](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HED/pages/602865793)* *directly from the Hedge Risk Register.
