# Overview

Automatically create a support request for each message in a channel to shorten the process to get tickets in front of your support team.

- Auto-create generates a support request for each message sent to specific channels.
- You configure the request type in the channel settings.
- The request type used must have only one required field.
- The configuration screen will automatically check for compatibility when you select the desired issue type.
- This configuration is set at the channel level. Different channels can have other configurations.
