Issue History Collector displays statistics by assignees and/or statuses in the tabs directly on a ticket and in the Reports section within each project. Both options are available in the app for Data Center and Cloud. The information displays in real-time based on the issue history. When you move a project from Data Center to Cloud, the data needed to calculate time spent in each status is transferred with your project automatically.

No additional actions are required to migrate Issue History Collector data. The app settings (SLA, working hours) are similar in Data Center and Cloud but cannot be migrated automatically due to Jira platform limitations. Check and re-configure them after migration.
