When you install Issue History Collector (cloud), you can monitor ticket history, age, and assignees in the tabs inside the *Activity* section.

In the Forge version, Jira controls the order of issue activity tabs. The *Status/User Statistics* tab appears before the *User/Status Statistics* tab.

## Status/User Statistics

The **Status/User Statistics** tab displays the same information grouped by ticket status rather than by user.

## User/Status Statistics

The **User/Status Statistics** tab displays how long each user worked on the ticket when it was in each status.
