When you use Issue History Collector (cloud), you can see a ticket's duration in the **Total Time in Status** glance. This is a [configurable metric](https://support.appfire.com/space/IC/18678144) that tracks how long tickets spend in specified statuses. For example, you can track how long tickets sit in "Triage", or select multiple statuses to display the combined time a ticket was being worked on until it closed.

You can also set SLA thresholds. When an SLA is breached, the duration in the **Total Time in Status** glance turns red to indicate that more urgent action may be needed.

> ✅ **Personalize your panel view**
> ✅
> ✅ The new Jira issue view hides glance information by default, so you may need to click to expand Total Time in Status. To avoid the extra click, you can personalize your ticket view to display the information immediately.
