### Can the 'Total Time in Status' field be JQL searchable?

This feature cannot be implemented due to the nature of the field and the way Jira search works.

Lucene-based Jira search works through indexes that are updated when an issue is edited. This facilitates and speeds up the search. The app's SLA field is a calculable custom field that changes its value every millisecond. The value is retrieved only at the moment it is addressed or displayed. If an issue has not been accessed or edited for a while, the index value in Lucene reflects only its last state, which may be years old and cannot be considered a reliable search result.

### Known limitation starting with Jira 8.8.0?

There is a UI issue on the Report Configuration pages that is outside of our control. This applies to both reports.

This page is generated based on the app XML descriptor. Very likely this is an Atlassian issue and we continue to investigate workarounds.

### (Cloud) Can I see ticket age on the ticket without clicking on the glance panel?

Yes.

According to [Atlassian](https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/the-new-jira-issue-view-938040503.html), there are two options for **Total Time in Status** glance display when you open a ticket:

1. New display hides the glance, and you need to click on it to see the results.
> Macro (inline-media-image)

> Macro (inline-media-image)
2. Old display makes the glance visible immediately. To enable this view, add ***?oldIssueView=true*** to your URL. The ticket age is then visible without any additional clicks.
> Macro (inline-media-image)

In Jira Software and Jira Core, you can define the display preference in your profile settings:

1. Go to **Your profile and settings** and select **Personal settings**.
2. Toggle the **switch for the New Jira issue view**.

> Macro (inline-media-image)

The selected display applies to all tickets you view in Jira.

### Can 'Total Time in Status' be visible in Confluence?

Yes. Starting with version 2.1.10 for Jira 8 and above, you can display a Total Time in Status custom field in Confluence. Read more [here](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IC/pages/18677896).

### Can I set up several levels of SLA for a field?

There is no ability to set up different SLA thresholds for a single field. For Jira Data Center, you can create multiple TTiS custom fields and configure a different SLA for each one.

### Can I create Issue History reports for multiple projects?

Reports are currently available per project. If you would like to request multi-project report support, submit a feature request through our support portal.

### Can I set up different working days and hours per project?

Yes. Working time is configurable at the project level in Data Center and Cloud.

### Does the Cloud version have the same functionality as Data Center?

We work to ensure the most similar functionality across deployments, but some differences exist due to architectural differences between Data Center and Cloud. The table below shows the current feature parity:
