The installation of the app is a standard procedure and is the same as for any other app for Jira Cloud. You buy a cloud app by subscribing to it. First, you start a free trial, and then the subscription starts automatically after the trial period.

## Starting with your Issue History Collector (cloud)

1. In your Jira Cloud instance, click the Jira icon, then go to **Jira settings > Apps > Find new apps**.
2. Search for "Issue History Collector".
3. Click **Free trial** to install the app.

Note that although you can re-enable the trial within the original trial period, you can't try it again beyond that period. At that point, you can only subscribe to the app from the Manage apps page. ## Ending a subscription

If you don't cancel the trial within the trial period, a subscription kicks in. To end a subscription:

1. Go to **Settings > Apps > Manage apps**.
2. Locate Issue History Collector and expand its panel.
3. Click **Unsubscribe**.

Canceling an app subscription takes effect immediately.
