Using **Jira On-Prem**? Click the **On-Prem** button above. Periodic reports are reports that are issued at regular intervals. They can be presented as project deliverables and help with decision-making. You can generate periodic Time Tracking Report subscriptions to receive reports directly in your email inbox on a regular basis. ## To create a periodic Time Tracking Report: 1. Create your **Time Tracking Report**. 2. From the dropdown menu of Generate, click **Schedule periodic report**. 3. The **Edit Filter** screen will appear. Name your subscription, and select the **Recipients** and the **Editors**. 4. Click **Build Cron expression** to pick a time for the report. After you've chosen your preferred time, click OK. 5. Check the box that says **Email this report even if there are no issues found** if you wish to be notified in such cases. 6. Click **Save**. 7. Hooray! 🎉 You have successfully created your subscription.
