### Log time using a command

1. Type the keyword `log`.
2. Type the `amount of time` (example: 2h, 1w, 1d, 2.5h).
3. Type a Jira `issue key` (example: DEMO-124).
4. Enter a **comment** (optional).

### Log time on a specific Jira issue in a channel or thread

1. Select the Jira issue in your Slack channel or thread to which you want to log time.
2. Click **View** to open the Jira issue.
3. Click on the Other actions drop-down and select **Log work**.
4. Enter the time you want to log in and click **Next**.

### Log time through the Jira Integration+ home tab

1. Navigate to the *Jira Integration Plus home *tab.
2. Make sure the **show quick actions** toggle is checked.
3. Click the **Log Time** under the Jira Issue to which you would like to log time.
4. Enter your time and select **Next**.
