Your bot ID is the primary identifier of your bot within our systems. Our team may ask you to provide your bot ID to help us identify your account.

### How to find your bot ID

1. [Log in to your account](https://account.nextup.ai/).
2. **Scroll **to the **Bot Info** link.
3. **Click** on the text. We **automatically copy the data** to your clipboard when you click.
4. **Paste the information** in your discussion with our team.
