When you participate in the Early Access Program (EAP), installation of  JMCF for Jira Cloud  has a few extra requirements.  An installation link will be provided to you by Appfire. You will not be able to install the app from the Marketplace.  You must provide your Base URL (e.g.  https://yourinstance.atlassian.net ) to Appfire before JCMF will work. Follow the steps below to install the app. You are viewing the documentation for  Jira Cloud . On This Page Install the app To install the app, follow these steps:  Log in to your Jira Cloud instance as an administrator. In a separate browser window, go to the link Appfire provided to you in your welcome email.  In the upper right corner, click  Get app  ( Point 1 ,  Figure 1 , right). In the window that opens, select the Atlassian site to which JMCF should be installed ( Point 2 ,  Figure 2 , right). Click  Install  ( Point 3 ,  Figure 2 , right). When installation is complete, you can close the browser window.  Back in your Jira instance, click  Settings  (   ) in the upper right corner and select  Apps . In the left-hand panel, Click  Jira Misc Custom Fields . Click  My custom fields .  A security warning will display asking for access permission for the app to access Atlassian products. Click  Allow access  ( Point 4 ,  Figure 3 , right).  In the window that opens, click  Accept . Installation is now complete.
