<summary>JMWE-2252 - React-based Code Editor is limited to 31500 characters</summary>

The legacy code editor had no size limit for its scripts – other than the limits imposed by Jira.

The newly released React code editor instead has an artificial limit at ~31500 max characters, which isn’t intended nor necessary.
