The JavaScript console includes code templates for many common Jira administration tasks, including bulk updating work item summaries, moving work items between projects, cloning projects, and adding users to roles, among others. The script templates window includes a search at the top of the list and a preview of the code to be inserted. To add the selected code to the console, click  Add to code editor . The script templates will get you most of the way towards a functional script, but each one requires review and customization specific to the action you wish to take. Please review the inserted code and update it as needed!   Figure 3 - JavaScript console script templates
