This version brings the following improvements:

### Enhancements

- A new Nunjucks filter that tests group or project role membership
- A new Nunjucks filter that retrieves a user entity property

### Bug fix

- The "Internal" option when adding a comment in Transition Issue post-functions is now disabled because it is not currently supported by JIRA Cloud
