Agile Poker for Jira Data Center allows collaborative estimation for Kanban boards as well as Scrum boards. However, unlike Scrum boards, Kanban boards in Jira Data Center don't have built-in support for estimation fields. 

This page explains how to configure Agile Poker for use with Kanban boards.

> ✅ **Important note:** This functionality is only available in the recent versions of Agile Poker for Jira Data Center.

### How to configure the estimation field

1. Navigate to your Kanban board configuration by clicking **Board** > **Configure**.
2. From the sidebar, click **Agile Poker**.
3. Find the **Estimation Statistic** dropdown menu. This menu allows you to choose an existing field or create a new custom field to store your estimation values (story points, hours, etc.).
