# Enhancements

### Extended Search filter sync

As part of our performance improvements, we have changed our Extended Search filter re-indexing (sync) criteria. Rather than syncing all of your Extended Search filters every few minutes, only filters that have been used within the last 7 days will be automatically synced.

The *Last reindexed* column in the list of Extended Search filters displays the time of the last sync and a [no sync] status for filters that weren’t synced automatically. You can perform a manual sync for any of your Extended Search filters at any time to ensure they are up to date.

To view your Extended Search filters, select **Apps** > **JQL Search Extensions **in the top bar in Jira, then select **Extended Search filters** in the left sidebar. To perform a manual sync for a filter, select the **More options** icon in the *Actions* column, then select **Sync filter** from the list of options.

Refer to the [Extended Search filters](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JQLSEARCH/pages/604209567) page to learn more about using and managing Extended Search filters.
