# Enhancements

## Self-serve reindexing options for stuck index issues

Jira administrators can now trigger reindexing directly from the indexing progress bar when indexing is stuck. To help prevent unnecessary reindexing, this option is available once every three months.

Depending on your instance, JQL Search Extensions displays one of the following options:

- **Reindex all issues** – Available when your instance contains more than 10,000 issues or more than 25% of issues are unindexed.
- **Reindex only unindexed issues** – Available when your instance contains fewer than 10,000 and fewer than 25% of issues are unindexed.

If reindexing doesn’t help your stuck index issue, contact [Support](https://appf.re/support) for further assistance.
