## To remove JSU from your Jira instance  


1. Log in as a Jira Administrator.
2. Click the **Administration** cog** **icon** **in the top right of Jira.
3. Select **Add-ons** > **Manage add-ons **to display the list of apps installed on your Jira instance.
4. Select **JSU**. The details for the JSU app display.
5. Click **Uninstall**. The information summary displays an *Uninstalling *message, and the app will be uninstalled from Jira.

### Re-enabling / Permanent removal

- You can remove and re-install JSU without the loss of your configurations.
- All implemented features remain in your workflows and are therefore available again after the re-installation.

> ⚠️ If you want to permanently remove JSU from your instance, you must first remove all the implemented JSU features from your workflows. The JSU features guide reminds you of all the possible JSU components that you might have to remove.
