> The rule builder (Figure 1, right) is organized in a When-If-Then setup; the When section details where your configuration will run, the If section is used to create conditional execution, and the Then section contains the actual configurations. Follow the steps above to add a Live Fields configuration to your Jira instance, then follow these steps: 
> 
> 1. For **Screens**, select on which screen types your configuration will run - **Create issue** or **View/Edit issue**.
> 2. For **Projects**, select the projects where your configuration will run.
>   1. Click **Select projects** and check the specific projects, or select **Any**.
>   2. Click **Add**.
> 3. For **Issue types**, select the issue types where your configuration will run.
>   1. Click **Select issue types** and check the specific issue types.
>   2. Click **Add**.
> 4. To create conditional execution, click **Select conditions **under** IF**, then click **Select condition **in the right-hand panel. See **Conditional execution **below for more information.
> 5. Click **Select Actions** under **THEN**.
>   1. Click **Select action** in the right-hand panel and select **{{actionName}}**.
>   2. Click **Add**
> 6. Configure the **{{actionName}}** action as needed. See **Configuration options** below for more information.
