## Access and roles

| Confluence site administrator | Required.<br>Bulk Converter is available only under Confluence administration > LaTeX Math Bulk Converter. |
| Space administrator | Being a Space administrator alone is not sufficient to use Bulk Converter. Space administrators without the site administrator permission cannot open Bulk Converter. |
| Confluence user (author) | Confluence users cannot run Bulk Converter. Inform them of migrations before conversions. |

## **Recommended preparation**

Before running the Bulk Converter, complete these steps:

- Identify target spaces and owners before the first scan.
- Run a pilot in one non-restricted space before site-wide conversion.
- Communicate a maintenance window to authors during the bulk conversion.
- Review this guide’s limitations section with compliance or security stakeholders if restricted content is common.
