Bulk Converter is a guided wizard with four main stages, described below:

| 1. Scan | Discovers pages that use competitor math macros. | No. This is a read-only discovery. |
| 2. Review report | Displays the Pre-Migration Report. | No. A review only step. |
| 3. Convert | Replaces competitor macros with LaTeX Math macros. | Yes. Macros are converted to LaTeX Math. |
| 4. Result | Summarizes outcomes per page, including converted, skipped, and failed. | No. Review only. |

> ℹ️ The Scan and Review report steps do not modify Confluence pages. Conversion only begins after continuing past the Pre-Migration Report and confirming conversion settings.

> 📝 The Convert stage executes on your Confluence Cloud site, and you aren’t required to keep the browser tab open for the job’s duration. After closing the browser tab, you can open the migration from the dashboard.
