Conversions run in background batches, similar to scans, allowing large conversions to continue without blocking the browser. Progress is displayed as both a percentage complete and an activity log.

| Activity log | Displays status messages for each batch or page processed. |
| Cancel conversion | Stop after the current batch. |

During the conversion, Bulk Converter reads each page for competitor macro content, maps it to a LaTeX Math macro, and updates the page through Confluence APIs. Pages you lack edit permission for, or that hit version conflicts, can fail.

You can close the browser and reopen the job from the Dashboard. When conversion completes, the wizard moves to Migration results, and the Dashboard status transitions to **Finished**,** **or **Failed/Stopped** if the job did not complete.
