As a Confluence site administrator, open Confluence administration and navigate to LaTeX Math Bulk Converter under the LaTeX Math app entry. The following page displays for site administrators.

The Dashboard lists every migration job on your site. Use it to track progress, filter by status, search by name, and reopen a job where you left off.

| **Dashboard option** | **Description** |
| Header | Dashboard — *Track all migration jobs and start a new scan from one place.* Start new migration begins a new scan. |
| Migrations table | Paginated list with columns: Name, Status, Progress, Scope, and Job actions. |
| Start new migration | Begins a new scan. |
| Name | Migration name plus sub-line denoting Scan and Migration IDs (`Scan · scan-…` or `Migration · mig-…`). |
| Status | Current Job Status - Saved, Running, Complete, Failed, or Stopped. |
| Progress | e.g. `190 pages with macros`, `Not started`, `350 / 660 pages`, `Stopped · 50 / 205 pages`, `660 pages converted`. with Progress bar |
| Scope | How many spaces selected with their names. e.g. `3 spaces (SEED201828194, …)`. |
| Status filter | All statuses, Saved, Running, Complete, Failed, Stopped. |
| Search | Search by migration name. |
| Row actions (⋯) | View details reopens the job at its current step. Stop while running. Delete for saved scan-only jobs. |

> ℹ️ After starting a scan or conversion, note the selected migration name. Knowing the name will help you find the job after closing the current browser tab.
