The **Pre-Migration Report** provides you with a decision point in the migration process. Treat it as your migration scope document, and use it to decide whether to proceed with the migration.

| **Report component** | **Content** |
| Summary KPIs | Displays the number of pages with macros, affected spaces, and source apps scanned (for example, Mosaic and Narva). |
| Source apps scanned | Labels for which competitor apps were included. Macro breakdown by app can be found in **Spot-check** > **Sample report**. |
| Spaces summary | Displays each space in the defined scope and how many pages with macros were found. |
| Spot Check | Previews how sample pages will convert. Converted clones create separate review copies in Confluence so you can open and check formulas before Bulk Convert changes live pages. Later, you can delete the clones if required. Click **View details** for the full spot-check modal. This is only a dry-run, and no changes are made. |
| Spot-check > Sample report | Dry-run on sample pages: macro KPIs, macros by source app, and per-page verdict (page, space, macro count, Clean/Review/Failed). This report estimates the complete Bulk Conversion before you begin. |
| Spot-check > Converted clones | Select pages to verify creates `[Spot-check]` child copies in Confluence (originals untouched). Open these in Confluence to check formulas and delete all clones when you’re done. |
| Continue to convert | Begin the conversion. |

When reviewing the **Pre-Migration** report:

1. Compare totals to expectations. Do they match?
2. Spot-check pages in Confluence to validate the report.
3. If you don’t think enough pages are identified, review the [Known limitations](https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LM/pages/3578560535) section before continuing.
4. Only click **Continue to convert** when you agree with the scope and are ready to convert macros in the next step.
